Mark Teixeira's home run makes Yankees the winner with a 4-3

In the 11th inning in the sensational Twins Yankees game, Mark Teixeira secured a win for the Yankees at their home stadium against the Twins. The Twins had left no stone unturned to atleast have the match tied after Yankees eighth win in eight games.

Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) had hit the tying two run homer off Joe Nathan in the ninth inning. The Yankees had to break a tie at the end of the eleventh innings which seemed like a way off dream for the Yankees. But finally Mark Teixeira lined Mijares' fourth pitch of the bottom of the 11th inning for the winning home run.
Needless to say the Yankee stadium went ecstatic and Mark Teixeira and A Rod doubly so.
