Ohio State University football
player “Kosta Karageorge” has found
dead and body was discovered by the police in Columbus on Sunday. The police confirmed
his death that appeared self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 22.
Kosta had been missing since Wednesday
after sending a text message about concussions, was found in a dumpster near
campus with a gun. The police told he was indentified with tattoos at the scene.
"The Ohio State University
Department of Athletics was shocked and saddened to learn today of the death of
student-athlete Kosta Karageorge, a senior from Columbus," the school said
in a statement. "
According to police report, his
mother told that he had struggled with sports-related concussions and his
sister told that he had suffered from a month.
The moment of silence held at
Ohio State when everyone saw the missing poster of Kosta on the scoreboard
before starting the game on Saturday. After the game, coach Urban Meyer called Karageorge's
disappearance "unbelievable" and said "All you can do is grab a
knee and play hard."
Kostageorge's family became
worried about him and after his death they lost their passions. Our thoughts
