after shooting
at Seattle
Pacific University campus that left one person dead
and three others are injured on Thursday, according to Seattle police.
The man entered into the building
with opened fire and shoot the students before he tackled by a student security
guard, Seattle police said. During press conference the shooter confronted and
subdued by a student guard, as he reloaded his shotgun.
A wounded man found dead at Harborview
Medical Centre about 90 minutes after the 3:30 p.m. PT shootings at Seattle
Pacific University, one woman 22 year old is in surgery with critically wounded,
while the other Two men, one 24 and the other 22, are under a satisfactory
condition, the hospital said.
Police believes that Ybarra is
not a student of university but did not disclose a motive. Seattle police
arrested the one person and investigation will be carry on further. Police also
found knife and additional ammunition with shotgun from 26-year-old man.
"The actions of the subject
in this case do not define Seattle Pacific University nor the city of
Seattle," McDonagh said.
