According to Washington Police, they
reported that the body of missing actress Misty Upham has found after ten days.
She disappeared from October 6; the police have found her body and have confirmed
that she was dead.
The body was found at the bottom of a
150-foot embankment near from the white river on Thursday afternoon. Misty’s
family has indentified her dead body. The medical examiner did not reveal the
actual cause of death but she was suffering from a bipolar disorder. Misty was taking
medication for her mental illness.
Misty’s father Charles Upham told to
the local radio officials that her daughter was mentally disturb and now she
stopped to take medicine for her illness. Her family said may be she was
suicidal because she had changed her medication for bipolar disorder that sort
of changes her behavior totally.
Her father Charles Upham wrote on his
Facebook page that "Misty has suffered from mental illness most of her
life. With the help of her medical team and family support she is able to
manage it well." "This has not been a smooth transition."
Misty was best known for her role in the August:
Osage County. She was nominated for the spirit role in the film Frozen River in
2008.
