The today show cast celebrated
their Friday Halloween in exciting dresses. This year, their outfits were
inspired by Saturday Night Live, which is celebrating their 40th
anniversary!
In honor of Halloween Friday, the
cast of the morning show channeled characters from some of the most iconic
"SNL" skits over the years.
Willie Geist and Tamron Hall
kicked off the "SNL Today" segment as Will Ferrell and Cheri
Oteri in The Spartan Cheerleaders get up.
Natalie Morales appeared on
screen as a “Superstar and Mary Katherine Gallaghee, who was famously played by
Molly Shannon.
Co-host Matt Lauer channeled the
"It's Pat" sketch, which was performed by Julia
Sweeney while new mother Savannah
Guthrie emerged from a minivan fittingly wearing the classic "Mom
Jeans."
Jenna Bush Hager and Meredith
Vieira joined her also donning the high-waisted trend.
