Aaron Hernandez found guilty of murder in Odin Lloyd



Former New England Patriots star Araon Hernandez has convicted for the 2013 murder of two in Boston. He was found guilty at Wednesday for the killing of one time friend, Odin Lloyd.

The Patriots star Hernandez was found guilty on Wednesday when a Jury of seven women and five men convicted Hernandez for the murder of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancĂ©e. 

He found shots six times in the Lloyd’s chest in an industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez’s home in North Attleborough. He was also found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition. 

"They got it wrong," Hernandez said as he was being transported from the courthouse to a state prison, according to a law enforcement source close to the case. "I didn't do it." 

Hernandez was also charged in the shooting of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado after an encounter at the nightclub Cure in Boston.

"Odin was my only son," his mother, Ursula Ward, told the court, without looking at Hernandez. "Odin was the man of the house. Odin was his sisters' keeper.
