jocelyn sarah kirsch has made false report of emergeny. The Marin County Sheriff's Office has asked the county's district attorney to issue a complaint against jocelyn sarah kirsch for this false report.
The request for the complaint has come the day after federal authorities announced that Kirsch and lover, Edward Kyle Anderton, had agreed to plead guilty in Philadelphia on felony charges here.
It is not still confirmed if the act was criminal but 911 call made the authorites to reach their home.
