Singer Kesha accuses producer Dr. Luke of Sexual and emotional abuse

Singer Kesha filed a lawsuit against producer Dr. Luke who verbally, physically and sexually abusing her over a decade. Kasha filed that he abusing her when she was just 18 and entered in high school only.

In response of Kesha’s lawsuit Dr. Luke filed a lawsuit against Kesha and her mother Pebe and her newly hired management company. Dr.Luke filed for defamation, breach of contract, tortious interference with contractual relationships and he also claims that the Kesha’s allegations are not true.

Kesha filed a lawsuit in Los Angle superior Court and said Dr. Luke forced her to take illegal pills. Kesha told in a statement “Kesha took the pills and next afternoon she woke up naked at Luke’s bedroom with sick and she had lost all of her memory. She called her mother and told her she did not know how she got in Luke’s hotel room and where are her clothes. Kesha made a complaint against Luke that he had raped her and she needed to go to the emergency room.”

She also filed that she never complaint against Dr. Luke because he always forced her to keep things secret and threatened her to destroy her career and family if she made public the abuse.

           

After claiming against Luke Kesha sued for damages that to canceled her recent recording agreement with Dr. Luke and his company Kasy Money.  

Kesha’s lawyer Mark Geragos told E! News after filing the lawsuit "This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke.”
