The star guitarist Johnny Winter
died in his hotel room in Zurich on Wednesday. He was at age of 70. He had on
tour in Europe.
Carla Parisi, his representative
confirmed this news. All his family members and band mates suffered from a loss
of their loved one and world's finest guitarists. The cause of death has not
known till now, his family members still waiting for information the cause of
death.
Winter’s first album was released
in 1969; he just now did his final performance at the Lovely Days Festival in
Wiesen, Austria on Saturday July 12.
Winter started
his recording at age of 15 with his band named Johnny and the Jammers. A new
album entitled ‘Step Back,’ featuring Eric Clapton, ZZ Top‘s Billy Gibbons and Aerosmith‘s
Joe Perry, is due for release on September 2.
At age 70, his
voice always clear, he did not ever to be slowing down a bit. Johnny Winter’s
all fans show their grief, sadness and lasting admiration on social media.
