Ebola virus in U.S, first case confirmed

The infectious virus Ebola spread within US, first case confirmed. The disease is touching the United States and it is spread by someone who is infected with virus, confirmed on Tuesday.

Ebola has killed many people in different countries and recently it entered into US. The person flew from Liberia to Dallas who diagnosed with Ebola, did not know that he was bringing a dangerous virus.

Dr. Thomas Frieden, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said Tuesday "Ebola does not spread from someone who's not infectious. It does not spread from someone who doesn't have fever and other symptoms. "So, it's only someone who's sick with Ebola who can spread the disease".

Ebola virus spread from one to another from transmission of bodily fluids such as blood, sweat and feces from infected humans and animals.

The virus cannot infect like a cold and flu, it only infect the people who are in direct contact with the ill person. The patient’s family member and friends are come directly in contact with infected bodily fluids and getting a high risk of infection. There are low chances to spread the virus during journey.

The disease came from the West Africa where thousands of people have killed last few months, but on Tuesday U.S medical officers are quickly inventing the halt to spread the disease.

The first Ebola case indentified in 1976 but now a time it is spreading from one country to another.

There were more than 6500 cases recorded of Ebola in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone and it has reported that more than 3000 deaths has happened due to Ebola, according to World Health Organization.
