Scotland rejected independence



Scotland has rejected the independence from U.K, 55% voters has decided to stay with U.K in Friday referendum count. According to Friday count only four constituencies voted in favor of independence from U.K.

The 307 year old union with England and 97% voters gave their vote with question “Should Scotland is an independent country?" more than 4.2 million voters had registered their vote and now it has cleared from Friday counting what people want.

First Scottish minister who was with “yes” campaign conceded defeat at around 6:17 a.m. local time. He said with accept of defeat “On behalf of the Scottish government I accept the result and pledge to work constructively in the interests of Scotland and the rest of the United Kingdom.  

The former Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alistair Darling who was leading the “No” campaign admitted the true. “Today is a momentous today for Scotland and the United Kingdom as a whole,” he said. 

Scotland’s pubs were opened throughout the night for see the result of weather the historic union will remain or not. More than 1.3 million people on Facebook made 3.3 million interactions in past 24 hours about the union with U.K.
