Remedies for swollen feet

Many times it observes that our feet wreck due to some pregnancy issues, heat and sometimes stress. In present time it is becoming a common problem and here are some remedies to cover these problems:

Put some salt into water retention then Lie on the ground, with your feet at least 12 inches above the level of your heart. If you keep in this position about 10-15 minutes and 3-4 times a day, it will be beneficial for yours to decrease swollen. Another reason is to high weight, it can cause to less circulation of body fluids. If you want smoother feet then lose weight in some extent. 

Other important remedies are using warm oil and herbal oil for soothing effect. Soak feet in hot and cold water alternately for 10-15 minutes each. 

Sleeping positions are also matter always use pillow under your ankle and never sleep directly under the fan.

Sitting and standing positions are also main cause to swelling of feet. If you are standing for long time then whole body pressure on your feet and same for the sitting improves the swelling of feet.

Avoid the intake of certain drugs, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and calcium channel blockers. Increase your water intake capacity, especially in summer that will useful to remove your swollen feet.

The part and parcel remedy for swollen feet is to make regular exercise for improving circulation.
