Titanosaur found in Argentina



Scientists have found the fossilized of Titanosaur on May 18, 2014, which ever existed in Argentina.

Titanosaur bones lived during the Cretaceous Period, which may be 95 million years old discovered in a desert in Patagonia. It was established by a farm worker in 2011 from Patagonia city Trelew.

A long-necked, long-tailed sauropod is estimating weight equivalent of 14 African elephants. Jose Luis Carballido, a palaeontologist said in a statement Titanosaur weighed around 100 tons and perhaps dinosaur could be 130 feet long and 65 feet tall.

In a statement of Carbadillo, "This is a true paleontological treasure". 

At the Egidio Feruglio Museum in the Argentina's Patagonian city of Trelew, visitors are coming to see original fossilised of biggest dinosaur during exhibition.
