FIFA World Cup was graced at
closing ceremony by Shakira, guitar king Carlos Santana and also had a dash of
samba at the Maracana Stadium in Rio De Janiero on Sunday. Shakira performed at
closing ceremony in seriously hot and sexy way.
Almost six events lined up during
the closing ceremony and all events are the combination of host nation Brazil
and other countries involved in the sporting extravaganza. All events performed
before opening the grand finale between Argentina and Germany at the iconic
Maracana.
Shakira performed her La La La
(Brazil 2014) song alongside Brazilian percussionist and singer Carlinhos Brown
in front of the thunderous crowd.
The most memorable moment was when
the star carried her adorable son Milan on stage during performance.
The star was almost as excited as
us before the event, and tweeted: "Just TWO HOURS until the #WorldCup
Closing Ceremony, feat Shak performing La La La (Brazil 2014)! ShakHQ”.
Around 1000 people were gathered
to celebrate the world’s greatest sport and the 18 minutes show was designed to
pay tribute to the beautiful game.
All fans were get exciting to see
the finale between two big countries Joachim Low's Germany and Alejandro
Sabella's Argentina.
