Robert Downey Jr.'s son Indio was
arrested on drug possession on Sunday. Indio Falconer Downey is in trouble with
the law. He was 20 year old and has released on $10,250 bail on Monday.
Robert thanked to the police authorities
to take action against him. Indio was the passenger of car which pulled over in
West Hollywood, was taken into custody at 2 p.m. Sunday. Officers believed that
he was in possession to be cocaine as well as a smoking pipe.
Downey found for drug addiction
and was arrested, but released on bail around 9 p.m. that same evening, while
the car driver and other passengers were released but Downey was held on
suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
Indio Downey sings and plays
guitar in L.A; he became famous for playing a younger version at age of 9 of
his dad’s lead character in "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang."
"Unfortunately there's a
genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it," the rep
said.
Indio Downey is the son of Downey
and his first wife, Deborah Falconer. Downey and Falconer split each other in
2001and finally got divorce in 2004 after almost 12 years of marriage.
