Garth Brooke has cancelled Dublin matinees plan



In a statement Country superstar singer Garth Brooks has announced his world tour and record a new deal with Sony entertainment on Thursday. "I want to thank God and everyone who is giving me a chance to actually look at a second half of a career," he said.

Garth brook has ruled out the possibility to cancel two matinee shows out of five that will break the hope of 160000 fans at Croke Park.

 He was responding to the decision of Dublin City Council and Aiken Promotions, the promoter of the Irish shows. To leave the five matinees shows over three days in which two will be performed on afternoon. 

Brooke did not want to cancel the show on 160000 fans; even he performed on all agreed five shows.   
Garth told in a note: I cannot tell you how badly my heart is broken right now. It’s the order of city manager that play only three shows out of five. I was informed that show cancelled yesterday and all refund will begin on Monday.  

Arrangements for the refunding of 400,000 tickets for the Croke Park concerts were revealed on Wednesday. It has been 17 years since Brooks' last concert in Dublin, and the Croke Park shows were supposed to mark his comeback.
