Disney channel has decided to
cancel its hit “Sons of Guns” series
because star Will Hayden has lost
his reality show when he arrested on rape charges on Wednesday.
Hayden was arrested on Tuesday evening
and all charges booked on Wednesday for aggravated rape at Louisiana's East
Baton Rouge Parish jail, pending $200,000 bail, according to jail records.
The 44-year-old gunsmith and shop
owner Hayden had raped his 12 year old daughter. According to the documents,
Hayden was raping his daughter orally and vaginally almost daily since she was
only 11 year old. Hayden’s daughter said her father took her virginity and she
never complaint against this violence because he threatened her physically, TMZ reported.
Will Hayden, reality show star
was initially arrested on August 9 for charges aggravated crimes against nature
but release on bail on amount $150,000 bond, according to Casey Rayborn Hicks, public information director of the East Baton
Rouge Sheriff's Office.
"Given the serious and
horrific nature of the charges against Will Hayden, we have decided to halt
further production of 'Sons of Guns' and cancel the series," the channel's statement said.
The show is based on Red Jacket
Firearms and they announced their legal separation from Mr. Hayden. The show
ended its fifth season in May.
At that time, the news come his
ex-girlfriend claimed against him due to reason of revenge for ending their
relationship.
In addition to that the victim
told to authorities she did not reveal any information because Hayden allegedly
told her, "Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got."
Will Hayden’s daughter Stephanie, had spoken out in defense
of her dad "There was never any impropriety in our home. He was and is a
good father."
