Veterans Day Celebration



Veterans Day is celebrated on November 11 every day but the preparations started from one week before. Veterans Day celebrates for all those people who served in the armed force for their country.    

On this day many special events and ceremonies organizes and distributed free gifts to the veterans and their family members. Special events organize for country’s men and women not only the day while on the whole week. 

On Veterans Day, at Hooters provide free meal to the people just at $ 10.99 with any drink you can purchase. Golden Corral serves the free dinner from 5 pm to 9 pm to the people who have served in the military. 

Starbucks is offering a free cup of coffee to all Veteran people and Handel's Homemade Ice Cream and Yogurt shops are providing the free single scoop ice cream to all the military people on November 11. A big ceremony will be held on the Day at Northeast Ohio not on November 11 while on the whole week.

Veterans Day celebrates on many places in different ways such as Amherst Veterans Day ceremony which starts from 11 am at 248 Park Avenue. Cleveland Veterans Day Parade which starts at 8:30 am at city hall. Veterans Recognition Ceremony at 9633 Valley View Road at Summit Point starts from 9:30 am. Veterans Day tribute event celebrates at Brady Middle School which Starts at 8 am.   

All city schools, offices and public branches will be close on the Veterans Day.
