Shiva Rose

Shiva Rose McDermott and Dylan McDermott are to divorce as all good love stories come to an end. Shiva Rose and Dylan have been living seperately since last year. On friday Dylan, 46, filed a petition in the court for a divorce from Shiva Rose on the grounds of inreconcilable differences after 12 years of marriage.

Shiva and Dylan have two daughters Charlotte and Colette together. Custody is yet to be discussed.

Shiva Rose Gharibafshar, 39, is an American actress of Persian and Iranian descent. She was born 8 February 1969 in Santa Monica, California.
Last year on September 27, 2007, People magazine confirmed that Shiva Rose had seperated from 'The Practise' star, McDermott.

However, Shiva was not contactable for any comments since friday.
